Software Subscriptions To Supercharge Your Startup's Productivity

There are so many different software solutions on the market that it can be a little overwhelming - which ones are worth the monthly fee, which have good customer service, which are actually useful and not just really good at marketing? I'm a fiend for free-trials, which many SaaS models will provide, so I've reviewed my go-to subscriptions for my startup to save you on some research time.

Software Type: Email

Price: €25 per month

About: If, like me, you have multiple email addresses on the go, you're going to love Superhuman. Even if you don't, Superhuman is the absolute best email platform. We worker-bees spend on average 3 hours per day in our inbox, so Superhuman has "set out to design the most beautiful email experience ever made."

The onboarding is flawless and the platform makes emailing highly efficient because your inbox is always organised. You can snooze emails, create easy to access categories, it even has emoji shortcuts! The best part, whenever you reach 'inbox zero' where you have no emails at all in your inbox, you're given a beautiful photographic background to your inbox. Every day I strive to reach 'inbox zero' just to see the photo of the day - it's genius gamification!

About: There is a lot of stock footage on the internet so to standout without paying the big bucks for internal photoshoots, Dissolve is a great site with relatively unique photographs and footage for your marketing materials. Creative assets are more expensive, but it's generally worth it for high quality stock that very few others are going to have. You might not use it for social media posts but it could be a good way to find unique brand-aligned imagery for your website or other longer-lasting initiatives.
